Dear President Jonathan  HOW YOU WILL END ELECTRIC POWER OUTAGE IN NIGERIA IN 6 MONTHS, AND WIN A SECOND TERM WITH EASE. There is, Mr president, a gaping hole between the intentions and plans contained in your government’s present electricity generation, transmission, and distribution policy on the one side, and the availability of 24/7 electricity at 240 volts in Nigeria. That gap is simply the absence of a means of providing electricity today as it were, rather than at those hopeful dates we hear announced by the awaited generating companies baring none. Those date ranges go up to 10 years from what we hear in the media, and with no guarantees either. The only element that will certainly fill that gaping hole, and do so in 6 months, based on our research and enquiries, is a change of what we understand to be a deliberate policy that currently disallows State governments and those they appoint, from transmitting and distributing electricity which they generate, direct to end-us
