There is, Mr president, a gaping hole between the intentions and plans contained in your government’s present electricity generation, transmission, and distribution policy on the one side, and the availability of 24/7 electricity at 240 volts in Nigeria. That gap is simply the absence of a means of providing electricity today as it were, rather than at those hopeful dates we hear announced by the awaited generating companies baring none.
