A moving audio conversation between John F Kennedy and Nigeria Prime Minister Sir Alhaji Abubakar Tafawa Balewa in August 23 1963. Three months later Kennedy was assassinated and 3 years later Balewa was assasinated. Makes me reflect on the huge impact both men would have had in the destiny of their respective countries.

The Obosi community in Anambra State on Saturday celebrated 180 of its people who had clocked between 80 years and 82 years of age. Ambassador Bianca Onoh-Ojukwu couldn't have made it any clearer when she spoke from the podium during the 2013 Anambra state Governorship campaign about the All Progressive Grand Alliance (APGA). She reiterated the statement made by her late husband Dim Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu, the Ikemba Nnewi and Eze Igbo Gburu gburu about the future of APGA. The Maxi Okwu led faction of APGA in a statement released from Abuja following a purported NEC meeting among some "Stranger Elements" members of the main All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) claimed that they have adopted/appointed Bianca Onoh-Ojukwu as the new Leader of APGA. The  INEC recognized Chairman of APGA, Chief Victor Umeh on January 18th, 2014 already appointed the outgoing Governor of Anambra state, Peter Obi (Okwute Ndigbo) as the Leader of the party and Chairman Board of Trustees.
